Phase 1 Infrastructure completed December 2007
J21 link and Sir Isaac Newton Way (linking J21, M62 to A664 Kingsway) was opened in December 2007
Construction of 5 Industrial Units on Plot E completed June 2008
The first occupier, Vindon Scientific, moved on site on 25 August 2008. Followed shortly after by Takeuchi Manufacturing who moved on site during September 2008
Construction of further industrial units on Plots D are due to go to planning application in 2008
Phase 2 infrastructure began September 2007 for completion January 2009
Phase 3 due to begin 2009 Onwards
Kingsway Metrolink station due in 2013
Kingsway Business Park is due for completion by 2018
