Phase I – Infrastructure completed December 2007

This included the creation of the new slip road and re-configuration of the road network around J21 of M62; construction of the spine road (Sir Isaac Newton Way) through the site; creation of Plots C, D, E, F, G & H.

Construction of plot E began in July 07 and was completed by June 2008. Plot D is due to go to planning application in 2008.

Phase II - 18 months from September 2007 to January 2009

The Phase II contract is on target for completion in January 2009. This phase includes the following:

- The creation of the southern loop road off Sir Isaac Newton Way to access Plots I, J, K & L

- The completion of the northern loop road.

- Creation of lagoon to North of Plot T

- Demolition of the former British Vitaluxan building

Phase III – 2009 onwards

Creation of loop road to access Plots M, N, O, P, Q, R, S & T
