The Kingsway Recruitment Team has been established to contribute to the revitalision of the area by providing a range of free recruitment services to local and Kingsway businesses to support them in finding the right staff with the right training to fully meet their employment needs.

The Kingsway Recruitment Team’s objective is to work with local and inward investing businesses to ensure that they are able to recognise and benefit from the high quality potential employment pool represented by the local community.

At the same time, the Team has a community-orientated approach and is a source of impartial help and advice for residents, community groups and local training organisations to enhance the flexibility, quality and employability of the local population.
